Depends on the type of work. Rates depends on the type of work being asked. Contingency rates are percentage based cases. Generally, personal injury cases are contingency based. Hourly rate matters are normally charged for business law matters or litigation cases. Flat rate are project based work. Some flat rate matters include form based work. Depending on the type of work, flat rates can be charged. Payment plans can be arranged as well.
How long will my case take?
It depends on the type of law or area of law your case is involved with. Landlord/tenant cases can range from 4-8 weeks. Depending on the specific circumstances of your case, it may be longer.
Do you do other areas of law?
